3. Environmental protection measures and discharge standards

1) Waste gas treatment measures

The waste gas released from the reactor in the production workshop is collected through the pipeline, and then treated by the waste gas treatment device, and then discharged by a 15m exhaust pipe; the process dust is collected by installing a gas collecting hood above the reactor and the mixing barrel, and then enters a set of bag filter for treatment. The newly added laboratory wastewater, waste gas water spray wastewater and initial rainwater will be coagulated and deposited in the existing three-stage sedimentation tank set up in the laboratory and then discharged into the sewage pipe network, and finally discharged into the Tangxun sewage treatment plant for treatment.

3) Noise control measures

The project selects advanced, high-quality, low-noise equipment; basic shock absorption measures are taken for the production equipment, and the workshop adopts sound insulation windows. Anti-vibration and anti-shock measures are taken in the design and selection of support and hanger to reduce the noise generated by vibration.
